South Tempe private room for rent

Private room with shared bathroom for rent in South Tempe. ~$875 plus utilities. Available August 2024 to July 2024 with ability to renew 12-month lease.
There are currently 4 girls (including myself) living here. We are all grad students or working full-time. Looking for a young female professional who is 21+.
This is a very clean, non-smoking home. We do have pets (two cats and one service dog) and would prefer no additional animals.
The house is 2400 sqft with a pool and plenty of storage space. Street parking is easily available, and there is an option to recieve a garage parking spot. This is a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood at Rural and Baseline with quick access to the 60 and I-10.
The bathroom will be shared with one other girl. The bathroom has double sinks and plenty of storage space.
Very spacious kitchen with plenty of pantry and fridge space.
Common spaces (living room and den) are furnished but could fit more items. The available bedroom is unfurnished, but some items (for example, the TV mount or clothing rack) could be left if you would like them.
There is a designated den study area if you'd like to bring a desk or WFH setup.

This is a lease transfer (not a sublet) for one of the four spots on the lease. I would love to stay in the house but will be moving for my work!

The move-in process:
1. Please reach out to me if you are interested or have further questions. If you would like to see the house, I can share the address and we can scheudule a tour.
2. There will be an informal FaceTime interview with you and all roommates. We have some questions prepared, but this is really just to get to know everyone and make sure it's a good fit.
3. Our management company (Invitation Homes) will send you an application. This will cost $50.
4. You will pay the refundable deposit (~$875) and move in! Please note - rent will be prorated in August depending on the agreed-upon move in date.

Some logisitcs:
1. Rent is due on the first of the month, or on your move-in date for August. Please note - the deposit and the first month of rent will be due close together.
2. We require all roommates to have a reliable form of income (full-time job, grad school stipend, etc.)
3. One roommate (not me) is the point-of-contact for the landlord/managment company. She will manage finances, maintenance, etc. and will share more information about this during the interview.
