Two Rooms Avaiable in Quiet Tempe Home

About the place: It's a 3br/2ba condo a few miles south of ASU Tempe on Guadalupe Rd, near Kiwanis Park. I've lived here for almost 4 years and it's very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors (mostly retired folks) who like to chat when out walking dogs. The landlord has been very responsive to any issues we've had and installed new washer/dryer recently and new AC unit last year. The unit has a small patio, and there's a community pool and shared green spaces. Designated carport parking is available.

About the rooms: There are two rooms available that share one bathroom. Rent is $700/month plus internet and electricity are split evenly between roommates each month. A refundable security deposit of $700 is due at move-in. Sorry no pets allowed. Both rooms are available on July 15. Females preferred. One person per bedroom. Any age is welcome :). Background check and proof of income is required. Option to rent both rooms for $1200/month.

About me: Female in early 30's, ASU grad, AZ native, introvert that occasionally likes to blurt out Disney songs. I enjoy yoga and meditation, arts & crafts, and trying not to kill my houseplants! Don't have any pets and don't smoke. I work hybrid but am home often. I value respect, kindness, communication, and keeping common areas clean. Looking for mindful, mature roommates with similar values.
