Room available

I have an empty room available for rent going for $800 a month with an $800 deposit. The lease is for 6 months that can be renewed at the end of the 6 months if you’d like. The rest of the house is fully furnished aside from the room rentals. There is a nice backyard with a fire pit and garden plots on the side. I have a regular grill and a habachi grill in the back yard.

There is a walking trail inside the neighborhood with little exercises, every couple yards. There is another path just behind the neighborhood across the street, that’s more open and not running along people’s back-walls.

A little about me is, I’m a full time employed 28 year old. I have a 6 year old Pit mix and a year Pit Puppy. You’ll find us gaming or watching shows 90% of the time. If I’m not gaming I’m hiking or hanging with the boys. Right now my Sundays, are sitting in my chair and watching football.
