Pets are welcome if they are trained, I have an 8 year old dog who mostly keeps to herself. Big backyard.

Traeger smoker out back, small gym in the garage, plenty of amenities nearby most even in walking distance. The other roommate and I are both pretty chill and keep to ourselves, mostly in our rooms. Sometimes we come out to smoke.

All utilities included. Not a lot of rules here besides keep the common areas (specifically the kitchen) moderately cleaned up for the person behind you. Tons of storage space if you have a bunch of stuff with you.

House is located in Tolleson, off 75th Ave and the I-10.

$500 refundable deposit if you have an animal, $250 is fine if you're solo.
