New home with room for rent (tell me your budget)

One room , large closet shared bathroom with a 32 year old female. New bed and dresser available if you need it.
WiFi , brand new washer and dryer. Clean and quiet working people.
Small storage available in the garage 4x4 any larger than that and we can figure something out to use the backyard or build a shed.
Anyone is welcome we have no preference.
Respectful guest are always welcome. This will be your home. Kitchen has everything you could ever need including dish washer. Grill in the back yard with gas line. No expectations or demands we are both currently work a lot and saving money. We cook and play board games on days off. Very relaxed atmosphere at home.
