Condo in Downtown Gilbert

Located walking distance to the downtown Gilbert strip. This condo has two master suites and the bigger room is for rent. It is currently furnished with a queen bed, small tv stand, tv, sofa, coffee table and mini fridge. I am open to discussing moving the furniture if you have your own. Two dogs live on the property. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. Access to free parking. Laundry is in the unit. I have a medical card and I am 420 friendly, however, I am not open to living with a cigarette smoking.
