Room for rent

I currently have one roommate that keeps to himself. I am 21 and he is 22. The room does not have its own bathroom, you would be sharing the hall bath with my roommate. The house itself is fully furnished with a 75” tv in the living room as well as a couch. In the kitchen there is an electric range, large refrigerator, a microwave, new whirlpool dishwasher as well as a kitchen table. Also, I just purchased a new washer for the laundry room and the dryer works great as well. Outside, there is a smoker/ propane grill combo sitting next to the pool. There is also a garage space available at an extra cost. Located near Gilbert/Ray road, this place makes it very easy to commute wherever you need to go.
