Private bedroom and bathroom in 2 br apt,

Small 1br in 2br apartment, private bathroom, shared kitchen, in unit laundry, covered parking, dog park, nightlife, shopping, freeway and bus access. Looking for a chill roommate to share my 2br with. I'm pretty quiet and stay to myself. I game on the weekends, like to cook, keep things clean and I don't have a lot of people over. I work nights and sleep days so I'm pretty much in my room. I'm open to a pet as long as their friendly and not destructive. The complex is pretty quiet, most people stay in all weekend. There's a pool, fitness center, dog park and wash, outdoor BBQ, very well maintained grounds, and an excellent staff that communicate maintenance issues by text so we're always informed.
