I got one room for rent for 2 months. Off street parking pool and hot tub. No utilities no damage deposit would rather somebody just pay me the two months up front 850 mo. I'm not there much at all.. I got extra lamps in tables furniture you're more than welcome to use what you want very nice area across the street from lakefront and Park very quiet the neighbors are great. Again only 2 months I've got a roommate friend of mine moving out here something happens she don't show up you're more than welcome to stay longer
