We are offering three (3) private, spacious bedrooms located in the second floor of a modern, updated, non-smoking house (entire second floor is open to rent). The house and rooms rent are ideal for students and professionals. We are looking for friendly, respectful people (background checks and credit reports will be obtained). This is a house designed to work, study, relax and unwind.

Fully furnished rooms were designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Just bring a suitcase and your laptop - we'll handle everything else! Centrally located in the safe, family-friendly neighborhood of West Chandler, near ample shopping and dining options. We are part of the Kyrene school district.

9'-ceiling single rooms (13.5' x 12' and 15' x 11') come with a shared bathroom, queen bed, closet, dresser, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, 2' x 4' standing desk, laptop stand, 34" monitor with HDMI cable, two (2) nightstands, and a lamp with USB A and C outlets.

9'-ceiling master bedroom (20' x 20' + walk-in closet) comes with its own private bathroom, king bed, 5' x 12' walk-in closet (in addition to the 20' x 20' dimensions of the room), dresser, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, its own TV, 2' x 4.5' standing desk, laptop stand, two (2) monitors with HDMI cables, two (2) nightstands, and two (2) lamps with USB A and C outlets.

Monthly fee includes the following utilities:
- Internet
- Electricity, water, and gas
- Access to TVs in common spaces with subscription-based services

Inside common spaces include a loft with couch and TV, fully furnished living room with TV, dining room and kitchen with upgraded appliances.

Outside common spaces include large backyard (property sits on 1/3 acre) with lots of shaded areas, pool, seating areas, string lights, firepit and games (giant Jenga, axe throwing, corn hole). A home gym is located in the garage. The neighborhood has ample green belts and a park with a basketball court, volleyball court, and a playground.

Amenities included in the monthly fee: one (1) parking spot in driveway (overnight street parking is not allowed, per HOA rules), access to laundry machine and dryer, bed and bathroom linens, and water softener. At no additional costs, the following will be provided: hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cooking supplies and kitchen appliances. While linens and laundry supplies are provided, renters are responsible for their own laundry and changing/washing linens, according to their preferences.

Your hosts live on the first floor and will be available to help you with any questions/issues you may have.

Monthly fees (roommates may be considered for an additional fee to cover utilities):
- Single bedroom (each): $995
- Master bedroom: $1,495

6-month and 12-month lease preferred, although we are open to discuss individual situations. A background check, credit score and proof of income are required. Credit score and proof of income can be waved if rent term is fully paid in advance (background check would still be required).
