It’s an extremely nice, fully furnished apartment located in a gorgeous part of Scottsdale Arizona. The price is $850 a month and that includes everything (internet, utilities, the works)

I’m a filmmaker/student at SCC. If you’re my roommate you can rest assured that I don’t throw parties, nor am I loud or sloppy. The house is always clean and tidy. I’m a laid back/non uptight roommate. All I ask of you is don’t leave messes or expect this to be the kind of place to throw house parties.

The apartment complex is called 92 forty. If you’re interested in the apartment you’ll have to take over the former roommates place on the lease. No extra payment is required as the security deposit and first and last months rent have already been paid. The current lease is active only till September 1st 2021 so if you change your mind it’s not a huge commitment.

Unfortunately no pets unless they are service or emotional support pets. Active lease is until September, a full year lease will have to be signed after that.
