Master Bedroom/Bath for Rent

I own a property at Ray & McClintock in Chandler. It is a 3bed 2bath and 1,400 sq. ft. The Master bedroom/bathroom is available for rent May 1st, for $1000. My daughter (29) is currently renting from me for the past 4yrs. She is looking for a female roommate. She is co-parenting a sweet toddler equally w/Ex + daycare. There are 2 dogs and is property is Non-Smoking. We are getting the room ready and should be available by May. We can accommodate furnished if needed. We are open/negotiable to varying length of stay. We follow landlord-tenant laws and require a signed lease and refundable security deposit. Thanks Laura
