Other people living here are a couple: professional quiet woman in her mid 30s, and a male mid 40s phd student in literature. We Value friends and community, socializing at the house looks like dinner parties and small fires in the backyard, though we go out to dinners and house parties/concerts/camping often. He works from home though may be gone part of the summer. She works from an office most of the time.

Utilities are split evenly between whomever lives here (approx 75-100/month if there are three of us, $150ish if it’s two)
