New Roommate Needed! 7 Minutes away from UofA!

Hello! My name is Lourd Matti, I am looking for a new roommate because my old roommate is moving out because of medical reasons. The townhouse is two floors, my room and my cousin (the other roommate) are upstairs and your room will be downstairs. The apartment is modern and we already furnished it. The kitchen is a great size and the size of the room is a good size. You have your own bathroom! It is a 3x3 layout. Parking is free in the uncovered section. The community is gated and very safe.
