Shared House With Shaded, Fenced Yard $650

One room available in our 4 bedroom group house near 5th and swan. queer friendly and relaxed house; we are friendly and occasionally play board games but also fairly introverted and each have our own lives. one person (in the master bedroom) works at home and loves anime, another works caring for folks with disabilities and does comedy, the third is a student who enjoys woodworking.

the landlord (who is also a roommate) is moving out and we are looking to fill one spot. the available room is the second largest in the house and has a large window looking out onto the porch.

House was recently renovated. Yard is HUGE, with lots of trees and plants (and hummingbirds), and fully fenced (plenty of off-street parking for everyone). if you love to garden or have a camper or trailer you need to park this place is ideal! Washer/dryer, gas stove. friendly neighborhood (lots of people walking their dogs, a little free library down the street).

Really nice mountain view from the porch, especially at sunset!

You'd be entering a year lease starting 8/1 w/ the other housemates (though room will be available as early as 7/20). Your security deposit will be a month of your share of the rent, which would be $650. utilities are split 4 ways and everyone will probably have one bill in their name.

There is one cat and one service dog in the house. Additional pets considered on a case by case basis.
