Quiet during the week (i work from home) and clean up after myself in shared spaces. i respect others' quiet time but would love to have roommates who occasionally wanted to have a meal together.

I love cats but don’t currently have any. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis but must be well trained. Will consider couples but each person must rent their own room (use one as an office/tv room/whatever).
