I am a UofA Alumni Engineer, techy and DIY'r.
Semi-retired and keep a clean home, and expect the same.
I have a special needs cat and have built a cat friendly home with enclosed yard (let em out but keep em in).

Direct access to the Loop and close to Suntran routes 20 & 21.
About (6) miles to UofA and/or Pima.
Washer/Dryer, RO water and solar powered so I keep it nice and cool even in this sweltering heat.
Back yard Kitchen with TV, grills, pizza oven, waterfall, misters and fire-pit. Ya gotta see to believe.
