Furnished (if needed) bedrooms, was setup as an Airbnb, so plenty of high quality pillows and sheets! Gorgeous Living Room, eat in kitchen, Dining room, Movie room, and two rooms with a private Bathroom!

On the Saguara National Forest, 10 mins from Univ of AZ and Downtown restaraunts and bars. Hiking and Bike trails galore, Grocery stores within minutes!

Applicants must be MATURE, no parties, must be a dog lover...therefore I will consider your dog with an additional deposit (non refundable). Must be a clean freak and have a VERY secure income to be considered. You will virtually have the entire house to yourself, pool, basketball court, soon to be Pickleball court, etc!
