Hello, my name is Jake. I am a recent UA grad and just bought my first home in the quiet, friendly neighborhood of Continental Ranch at Coachline/Silverbell. I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates to share the home with. It's a 4 bed 3 full bath home with large dining, kitchen, living room common area. Everyone gets their own bath with room. Home has all new appliances plus soft water. ALL Utilities are included in the monthly rent! Looking for younger or college-aged students or working professional that is courteous, tidy, friendly, outgoing, LGBTQ friendly with good hygiene. I have a cat in the home; tenant cat welcome. Located 2min from the largest Safeway in Tucson, 5min away from the Cortaro/I-10 plaza, 2min from I-10, 10min from Northwest Medical Campus, and walking distance to hiking trails, community pool, and park. Shortest time frame would be a 6mo contract, longest 1yr. Both with options to renew for various months. Flexible, willing to work with good tenants. Move in 9/30.
