Comfy little house with a pool

Looking for a roommate to rent a room out bathroom is directly across the hall has a tub shower. Everything in the house has been recently remodeled. I am on my own and I own a plumbing business so I am in and out of the house a lot. I do have two dogs English bulldogs so I cannot have any other dogs in the house due to them not doing well with other dogs. I have a pool in the backyard that is nice to go and just relax and that also has a TV outback. I am not a big partier much enjoy just relaxing I would much prefer to have a woman as a roommate due to the fact that they are clean and not messy as I am a clean person not a messy person , someone that is looking for something that is not long-term but not short term either. I am looking to sell my house in the next 6 to 9 months.
The bathroom is directly across from the bedroom, and the bedroom has its own window and vaulted ceilings with a closet carpet floor and the room is not small, but it is not huge either.
