Room for rent in Maricopa

I just moved here a few months ago. Looking for people to help with the expenses. I’m laid back, watch a lot of movies, shows, gaming etc. I like a quiet environment on nights and weekends, not much of a party person. The house has 2 cats who stay outside all day then come in at night. I work a hybrid schedule, 3 times in the office, twice at home. Weekends I’m mostly home.
