All rooms are separated evenly in the home giving you the feel of “your own space.” Tenants would have a shared bathroom. One room is larger than the other. The large room sits next to the guest bathroom. The rest of the house is for anyone to use except the garage. The house is located off Ocotillo and Ironwood Rd. Safeway, Starbucks, a Pub, and a golf course are all nearby. All utilities are included except power. I am the homeowner and my work schedule varies. If you smoke that’s fine. If you drink that’s fine. Just be responsible. I’m not your daddy. Please smoke outside, there is 0 tolerance for smoking inside.
