Cozy Room in Garden Home and Art Studio

One private room and bathroom for rent in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with shared kitchen, dining, and garden area. This home is a creative, organized, well-kept space and I am looking for a kind, down-to-earth individual to rent from me. I am an educator, musician, artist and nonprofit founder and I have two hypoallergenic dogs who are the sweetest!

There is a music studio, dance/workout area, and creative nooks throughout. The backyard is an organic garden with edible plants that you can also use in your meals- there’s too much for just me, which is a great ‘problem’ to have! There is also a dining area on the back patio. I’m currently enrolled in an agriscaping mastery program and the backyard is in a transition process to becoming even more of a relaxing natural haven and pollinator habitat. I do compost fruit and veggie scraps using the Lomi machine pictured in the kitchen and I recycle as well. Please be ok with doing this too- I’ll show you how. :) There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for shared use and you can utilize half the kitchen space that is sectioned off as well, however I have most everything you need to prep meals and you are welcome to use that. We can remove the bed or leave the bedroom furnished. Same goes for the rainbow that you see pictured and the curtain (I can definitely install a curtain rod but just haven’t yet).

Walking distance to several restaurants as well as 8 miles away from the Queen Creek Botanical Gardens, Ropes Course, and Fat Cats. Just a short drive to the Queen Creek Olive Mill and Shnepf’s Farm. Nearest grocery store is 3 miles away.

I will usually be busy so you will have a lot of space and time to yourself. Because I’m allergic to cigarette smoke, I am only accepting roommates who do not smoke cigarettes. I’m open to you having your own dog if they do not shed or chew furniture, but no cats please. Be able to pass a background check and have a stable income.
