Private Room & Bath in Beautiful Single Story Home

My wife and I are renting a spare room. It is a private room with access to a private bathroom in a home. We are an active couple and keep a clean home. We are looking for someone that shares our same values in that same regard. You will have access to the laundry room, kitchen, back yard and a parking space in the garage. You will have a full shelf in the kitchen pantry for dry goods and your own full size refrigerator on the back patio. The utilities for rent will be 1/3 of the monthly amount for water, gas and electric (summer months it will be in the ballpark of $80-90 monthly). Internet and Pest control are covered.

Side note:
We are building a new home right now and expect to finish and move into it Sept-Oct of 2024. We will be renting out this whole house at that time. If you are still with us, you would be welcome to move with us to the new home. We may also rent the house out by room, in which you would have the option to stay here and help us find other roommates to share the space with.
