My fiance and I are renting a single room in our apartment in a private house. Our family consist of us and our 11 month old daughter. Room is 8'9" by 11'6". It's not a huge room so I feel it would be better suited for a single individual. Furnished with queen size bed, 2-shelf bookshelf and a TV. Room also has a small 3 draw dresser that's not in the photos. Internet, cable, and utilities are included. Shared areas are bathroom and kitchen with LIGHT cooking. Shared appliances are toaster, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and stove top. No laundry on premise but there is a laundry mat 2 blocks away. No smoking, no pets, ABSOLUTELY NO sleepovers tolerated. We would also like to do without visitors sorry.
