There are walking and bicycle trails around. 5 minutes to both Orchard Beach and City Island. 7 minutes to New Rochelle, 15 minutes to West Chester and Yonkers. There are 2 trains, 6 train connected by bus in 4 minutes and 5 train connected by bus in 10 minutes. 35 minutes to Manhattan by trains. Direct buses to Manhattan and Queens. Very quiet, safe and peaceful area. Can come in and go out at any time of the day.

Views of Manhattan, beautiful water views between New York and Connecticut. Beautiful night views. There is a basketball court, tennis court, football field and other sports amenities in the area. It has a walking and running trails around and to the city island/orchard beach. There are nice and beautiful parks around as well.

Very nice, clean and comfortable carpeting inside all rooms. Each room has a full-size-mirrored-wall closet. There are extra closets by the main bathroom and main entrance. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.

There's laundry inside the building operate by cash at a subsidized price.

I do not live there so a group of three people can get it too. Either individuals or a group.
