1 BR + 1 Private Living Room Near Little Italy

The apartment is a block away from legendary Arthur Avenue in Little Italy, blocks away from Fordham University and across the street from the beautiful Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. The room that I am renting is 1 bedroom and 1 private living room. Both the bedroom and the private living room will be furnished, but you have the liberty to bring in your own furniture as well. I am a recent grad of Fordham who is working in Manhattan and will be living in the other bedroom in the apartment. We will share the bathroom and the kitchen, however, I am not at the apartment most nights because I stay with my girlfriend close by and do not cook much, so it will not be shared heavily. As far as expectations go, I just want timely rent payments and cleanliness.
