Room for Clean and Chill Individual

Hello There,
I have a room that will be available on the July 15th. One of my roommates will be moving out on his own. I already have my friend and his wife living sharing one room. The room is spacious enough to hold any size bed and there is a closet in the room.

The apartment also has two bathrooms which alleviates any problems especially in the morning.

Relaxed environment where the greatest request is someone who will clean up after themselves and have some decency.

Both me and my friends do smoke, but not cigarettes as that smell will linger in everything. If this is a problem then I am sorry, it isn't a 24 hours a day thing but it is a thing that will happen. We also presently have 2 cats in the apartment, if you have a pet please let us know and upon a interview you can bring your pet and we can see how the meeting goes
