It just me and two rescue supper friendly (quite) huskies
Looking for a responsible and respectful person that is able to pay their rent onetime. Depending I am willing to accept couples and price will change 1,100

Room is being painted and as soon as it's done picture will be uploaded

Please note that to schedule a viewing a copy of your photo ID will be required after we speak and discuss the room rental details. Security and first month rent

Rules...
- guest overnight stays ok (they must leave with you, no exceptions)
- Must be tidy and respectful
- Music ok 7 am to 10 PM
- Must help keep apt clean (kitchen and bathroom)
- Able to pay rent on time
