There is DonkinD, Starbucks, CVS, Walgreens, 4 banks, post office, Staples, park, subway station, restaurants etc within 5 min walk from the building. Laundry unit is in the building.

Things to consider: high level of cleanliness and privacy. No strangers in the apartment allowed, no parties or loud music. No bad habits such as medical marijuana, drinking and smoking.

Security deposit is due when securing the room rental along with copy of ID or Passport and a proof of income. Rent must be paid on time.
