I live off of the 161st stop near Yankee stadium. 25mins from midtown via the D/B/4 trains. Next to a park, Bronx museum, and walking distance to Blink Gym. Card operated laundry in building. I have 2 kitties, so it's important that you really like cats and are ok with feeding them if I go away. I don't have an exact date yet, but it would start this summer.
