1 bedroom - 1 stop away from Yankee Stadium

Looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment close to Yankee Stadium. Right around the corner from the B/D line, and a few blocks away from the 4 train.

Currently working from home due to the current situation, but work Mon-Fri. Ideal roommate would have similar schedule and is respectful of quiet after-hours. Not a huge fan of guests over late night during the week.

There's a dishwasher in the apt, and a laundry room in the building (you do have to walk outside to a separate entrance for the laundry room).

Parking is a nightmare in the area so good luck if you have a car. There is a parking lot for about $15-20 a day a few blocks away.

The bedroom has a bed frame, and mattress will be available for purchase, but does not have any other furniture. Room has a closet, and there's a coat closet in the kitchen.

1 bathroom, living room, and a half kitchen.
