1 room in a 2br/2 bath apartment (you essentially have your own bathroom). Building is located in Yankee Stadium/Grand Concourse area of the Bronx. Closest subway is the Yankee Stadium/161st St stop for the 4 and D express trains--closest entrance is one and half blocks from our building. Only 20 minutes to midtown.


$900/month plus utilities (internet and electric). One month security requested. Available August 1st (earlier possible).


The place: accessible building with elevator and part-time door person (7 AM – 2 AM). On site laundry. Eat in kitchen with dishwasher. Dining foyer and sunken living room (two steps). Apartment is on the 6th floor and with southern and eastern exposures. The room is 15.5 ft x 11 ft with two windows and 8.5 ft ceiling, and can come furnished or unfurnished.


About us: long term bi racial gay couple. Both professional and currently working from home.. Experienced at renting and sharing our home. Non smokers with no pets (luv ‘em but allergies). We are social and entertain sporadically but are generally quiet at home and prefer the vibe in the apartment to be relaxed.


Joyce Kilmer and Franz Siegel parks are located on either side of our block. Two grocery stores within walking distance (one and two blocks respectively).
