I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and quiet. I work days/weekends, so it would be great to find a roomie who works nights and/or all weekdays schedule.?Please no couples, kids, or pets. No drugs, drinking, or smoking.

The room is private, and furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, a dresser, a bookshelf, and closet. The living room space is my bedroom, but the bathroom and kitchen are shared. All you need to bring is your personal bed&bath linens.?

So it's first month's rent and one month security to move in. You don't need to sign a lease, the agreement is on a month to month basis.
