Spacious Room All Utilities with Wifi and Cable TV

This brand new apartment is still under construction and will be available August 2019. The rooms are spacious and affordable. For $1,000 a room, gas, water, electricity, WIFI, and firestick cable TV that will stream hundreds of channels are included. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces, the rooms are for ONLY 1 person. I prefer students, but anyone is welcome to apply. I do not live on the property, but work near it, and am available 5 days a week in person, 24/7 over call and text. The apartment is near the 2 and 5 trains. As soon as the apartments are finished, photos will be posted. :)
