•It's between Boston and Allerton Road
•This location is a 7 minutes drive from the Bronx zoo and it's also very close to the Botanical garden. •There are alot of restaurants and convention stores -5 minutes or more in walking distance.
•The closest train is the MTA 2 train
•BX26, BX39, BX8,0060
•Very close to Montefiore, Jacobi and North Central.

●THE APARTMENT
•Security Cameras on premises
•The living space, bathroom and bathroom are shared
•The bathroom is getting updated
•The kitchen is also getting updated
•Lots of windows
•The living space will be filled with furniture but it's will be a decision between us but I'll buy the items
•The place will be shared between my partner and I, another roommate (another room is available) and you. Four people in total.

● I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful with a stable income or Job. No criminal charges. Can be any gender. Most be comfortable living with a male or female. We are around 22-24 years of age therefore we're looking for individuals around 21-30.

Guest and over night guest are allowed but no more than 3 nights in the week.
