Hello! Large bedroom available to rent in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of a private house. The Landlord/owner lives on the first floor. Conveniently located within a 2-5 minute walk to the Zerega avenue 6 train station. Room is big enough to fit a queen/king sized bed + other furniture as needed. Bedroom faces south and has 3 windows receiving lots of natural light. Brand new carpet has been installed in the room to help filter noise for downstairs tenants. Apartment includes a small shared living room/tv room and a dining room, spacious kitchen and bathroom. No new appliances however everything is fully functional.

Just something to be mindful of , the building is old and has usual characteristic of an old house however everything is in good shape.

Ideally looking for a person who is respectful and quiet as this is a private house. Be able to provide proof of income, etc.

I am an artist but I work part time in the service industry. I work late night hours so I’m only home during the afternoon/ early morning most days.
