I currently have a large room available to rent (March 1), in a beautiful spacious, fully carpeted apartment located in the Baychester area of the Bronx. My current roommate will be moving out soon so I am looking for someone to take his place.

The apartment is in a secured 4 story building located in a safe neighborhood, at the end of a quiet block with minimal traffic and private parking. Walking distance to the 5 train. Supermarkets, Walgreens, Post Office and Restaurants are also walking distance.

I'm a guy in late 20's. I have a full time job working in Marketing and Advertising. I work full time 8:30am - 6pm, so I am not home most of the day. I'm looking for someone with a similar schedule. I am a very clean, neat, responsible and organized person and looking for someone with the same qualities. I like to keep to myself although I do consider myself a friendly, down to earth person.

I'm just looking for someone who is very responsible and pays their rent on time.
All you need to move in is a security deposit of $900

One months rent ($900) plus security deposit ($900 which will be returned at the end of the lease) to move in. Will also need pay stubs to verify employment and income.
