I have 1 room to rent in my recently renovated apartment in Claremont village Bronx NY 10456, is a large apartment on a third floor building with elevator. The room Is pretty big and is furnished with bed, two night stands, dresser and tv.?WiFi included in rent.? Utilities are also included. The apartment is on a very convenient location (near Grand Concourse/ Jerome Ave) just two blocks away from D/B trains and four blocks away from the 4 train. Your cut will be $200.00 per week. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the apartment, kitchen and bathroom.?
