Furnished clean bedroom available until January 1

Hi,

Looking to rent furnished spare room in my apartment to a responsible, clean working professional, artist or Student. It?s available now until January. A security deposit is required. Includes utilities. I keep the apartment very clean. The room has a closet, drawer, chair, and a new twin mattress that was only used once before. The mattress doesn?t have a platform but we can get one unless you bring one. It?s pretty comfortable and it?s on top of two wooden planks so it?s not on the floor directly. If you bring your own bed better. You have access to kitchen, bathroom and living room. The building isn?t new but it?s clean and safe, it?s being renovated. It has an elevator. The trains are 5-7min walking distance and only 30min from midtown. We are near Yankee Stadium area.
