Im a full time physical therapist assistant and a crafter occasionally. I like to keep the house clean because is somewhere I will go to rest after a long day. Im most of the time in my room and rarely make noises.
My sister is moving out and I need someone soon (NY can?t be afforded by one person)
I try to give everyone their own space, I would like a responsable person that can join me.

~This place has easy access to trains B and 4,( 3-5 mins walking)
~The area is generally quiet
~There's a Police precinct 2 blocks away making it safe
~The apartment is clean and kept clean
~Non Smoking apartment
~Good lighting
~ unfurnished only dresser included
~ Laundry place is 3 blocks away

SPECIAL TERMS
~ Tenant should be able to show at least 3 pay stubs
~No loud Electronics should be play inside the apt.
~ No cooking pass 10 pm please
~No guests allowed to stay overnight
~A extra $25 will be add if you want to put AC
