Looking for a Roommate for Fordham Apt!

What?s up everybody!

We?re looking for a roommate to lease out a bedroom in our 4BR apartment in Fordham.

Available for 8/1 move in!!

We, your roommates, are young working individuals and students. Two males and one female aged 21-23. We?re friendly, chill and very respectful. We?re hoping for someone in the same age range and who is also working and/or a student, but anybody is welcome.

The apartment:
- Located on the 5th floor of a walk up (save money on a gym membership)
- Shared living room/kitchen space
- Washer/dryer in apartment
- Dishwasher

The room:
- UNFURNISHED but could fit a full sized bed and desk/dresser
- Closet space
- Fire escape access (for all the urban farmers and growers out there)

Your expenses:
- Rent $700 + refundable security deposit of $700
- High speed internet for $20/person
- Gas/electric around $30-35/person
*All expenses paid monthly (excluding security deposit)*
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SHOW PROOF OF INCOME

The neighborhood:
- FORDHAM!
- The D train, 4 train, BX12, BX9, BX41, BX34, Metro North, Best Buy, Lehman College, Fordham University, Cherry Valley Supermarket, Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Botanical Garden, The Bronx Zoo and much more are all within about a 10 minute walk from the apartment
- Lively neighborhood with lots of local businesses and families

?Rules?:
- This is a bedroom for ONE person but we don?t mind guests as long as everyone?s chill and respectful
(If you intend on having more than 2 people over at a time just give us a heads up, we?ll do the same!)
- We love the kids and the animals, but no children or pets, please. (Small pets we?d be willing to make an exception for, just ask)
- No CIGARETTE smoking

- 2 days you?re available for a viewing
