Very nice and quiet neighborhood, Local area attractions include Bronx Park, the Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden.

The apartment will be shared between me and my 9-year-old daughter. The apt is fully furnished and I like to keep the place minimal and tidy. The rent includes all utilities and wifi and there is a $1600 security deposit for the first month and last month.
