Room For Rent

I am Looking for a roommate! I originally had plans to remodel the apartment and turn the room into a living room, however it will take a few months before I can begin the process. In the meantime, I would like to host someone who is willing to join me in my humble home (Apartment). I am barely home, although things are subject to change. I would love for my new potential roommate to Love God over all. Or at least respect religion. I am not a fanatic, nor do I engage in hyper spiritual religious practices. I would also love someone who is CLEAN! Please be clean.. messy is one thing, but dirty is another. No Smoking/ Drinking (In the house). Must be comfortable to be around! I am a private person, but I love people, and often try to make things less awkward. My roommate must love Deep conversations! Just in case we need to have one once in a while. I wouldn’t want to scare the neighbors either. - Room is furnished, (Queen size bed) only used a few times. 65” Flat Screen Roku TV - Internet Included. Closet/Drawers are available. Fridge is basically empty (I eat out a lot). Stove is always unoccupied. Bathroom is in my room. I’m barely there. So there shouldn’t be any issues. Must have Friend potential.. Should want to do something in life. I’d like to think Single people are better candidates because there’s no mess involved. Either way, Hopefully you are the perfect Roommate!
