Great furnished room in a great location utilities included laundry on site transportation and shopping centers within walking distance, Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Museum are also just blocks away. It's $200 per week which is $800 per month for singles and $250 per week which is $1, 000 per month for couples, so it's an additional $200 a month for couples.
