Couple renting out room in new apartment with view

Hello we are David and Brandon and we are renting out our extra room to one person in our new apartment. We are located in the Highbridge area in the Bronx. About a 10min to the 4 train 167th street stop express line and 12 min walk to D on 161st street. We both work full time and are not home all the time. We do like to have company over from time to time but nothing excessive. We do have a small yorkie so we would like our roommate to be a dog lover. Looking for someone that works full time with reliable income. Our apartment features brand new stainless steal appliances, hardwood floors, spacious balcony.
