Big Bedroom w/ Laundry & Spacious Kitchen

This is a private 2 family home; we are the second level of the house with 3 bedrooms. I am currently renting the master bedroom and am looking for clean housemates for the other 2 bedrooms. We have Fios WiFi & All Utilities are included in rent.

Each bedroom has lock & key which will be provided for your privacy once you move in. All furniture and bedroom sheets/curtains are brand NEW including the antibacterial mattress protectors.

The Green Room has a Queen sized bed and the Gold Room (pictures to be posted once furniture assembly is complete) has a Full sized bed. They both have built in closet space and shared bathroom right outside of the hallway.

The warm living room, spacious kitchen, and productive office space are located on the first floor of the duplex and All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor. There is also access to an outdoor patio sitting area by the back of the house whose access is right off the Kitchen and office area.

We are located in front of an elementary school, in walking distance of Highbridge Park. We are also on the same block or walking distance to a church, liquor store, pharmacy and supermarkets. We also have a corner store that delivers right across the street along with a several restaurants with delicious food options nearby.

It is also conveniently located in front of the Bx 11 & Bx 13 buses which give easy access towards 4 & D trains one way towards Jerome Ave & Yankee Stadium and A & 1 trains towards Washington Heights ?rea on 181st.
