Boho Chic in The Bronx / The Green Room

This Boho Chic space provides a warm and friendly environment with touches of sophistication.

All rooms have been set up with Feng Shui techniques along with personal convenience in mind. The energy is relaxing and welcoming providing a small oasis from the busy city life that surrounds it.

This is a private 2 family home; we are the second level of the house with 3 bedrooms. I am currently renting the master bedroom and am opening the other 2 bedrooms to tenants. We have Fios WiFi & All Utilities are included.

Each bedroom has lock & key which will be provided for your privacy once you move in. All furniture and bedroom sheets/curtains are brand NEW including the antibacterial mattress protectors.

The warm living room (65” TV 😏👌🏽), spacious kitchen, and productive office space are located on the first floor of the duplex and All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor. There is also access to an outdoor patio sitting area by the back of the house whose access is right off the Kitchen and office area.
