Sub-rental living room in the Bronx

I'm looking to sublet my living room very clean and spacious apartment in the Bronx

You have One other roommate he is barely home. Works, most of the time. Very clean and would like to keep the apartment clean.
3 blocks from the Yankees stadium .
Citi bike is half a block away .
B, D and4 train station 30 min to 34 street Herald Square.
24-hour deli half a block away
Laundry in a building
Building parking garage Optional $
Wifi & electric included with the rent

65 in tv have a fire stick /Netflix

The living room is closed off. It’s basically studio space with an air bed. You’ll have your own ring camera for safety and security.
1000 month /250 a week ( 500 s safety deposit get back after )

note you must have your own bed sheets and must leave the apartment how you found it clean or 200 will be deducted out your deposit for cleaning lady
$100more for couples ( I have a Ring camera so please don't try to be slick 😉)
