We are ultimately looking for someone that uses common sense, is respectful, clean, & has a job, outside of the house.
-The room is off of the kitchen - the kitchen and bathroom will be shared with a working married couple.
-About us: We are working professionals, most of the time we have to wake up early for work, so we ask that noise levels remain low, for example: Weeknights from 10PM to 8AM.
-Cleanliness- is of the UTMOST importance and respecting the common areas in particular, is necessary for harmonious living. The bathroom and kitchen are common areas, it is expected that they are Cleaned after each use. We strive to keep a CLEAN house for all of us to enjoy.

LOCATION:
Hunts Point - South Bronx
- There are at least 3 parks that are a 10-15m walk away, 2 of which are waterfront parks.
-Perfectly located for those who need to travel, we are within walking distance to the 6 Hunts Point or Longwood Stations and a 10 minute bus ride to 2/5 Intervale Ave (20m walk). We have both West Side and East Side access! Also we have the #19, 5, 6 & 46 Buses, should you want to ride local. It's so convenient.
-The Bruckner Expressway connects Hunts Point to Interstate-95, the Northeast, the Midwest and the ports of New York and New Jersey. There are at least 4 Shopping Malls within a 20 minute drive and they are also accessible via public transportation.
