25 minutes from Columbus Circle

Large room is available September 15. I am a professional musician. Location: Kingsbridge, Bronx near Riverdale 25 minutes from Lincoln Center on train 1, prewar building, hard floors, high ceilings, very large room with 2 windows, , huge kitchen eat in, the rooms are separated by L-shaped hallway, and it is just painted etc., everything is included, no any other charges. The building policy: absolutely no smoking, no loud music.
